We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers worldwide. Please be advised that all international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that the product prices and shipping fees displayed at checkout do not include local taxes, import duties, or customs brokerage fees. As the recipient, you are responsible for all such charges required to release your package from customs.

For Customers in the European Union: Following the 2021 EU VAT regulations, please note that Import VAT is applicable to all commercial goods entering the EU, regardless of the order value. For orders valued under €150, you will typically be charged VAT by the carrier upon delivery. For orders exceeding €150, both Import VAT and additional customs duties may apply. These charges are regulated by your local customs authority.

For Customers in the United States and Canada: Orders shipped to the United States valued under $800 USD generally qualify for duty-free entry. For our Canadian customers, please note that Canada has strict import thresholds. Orders valued over $20 CAD (via postal mail) or $40 CAD (via courier) are subject to GST/HST and provincial sales taxes. If your order exceeds $150 CAD, additional customs duties may also be applied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

Important Delivery Terms: Please note that customs inspections may occasionally cause delivery delays that are beyond our control. Should a shipment be refused by the recipient due to unexpected import charges, the package will be returned to our facility. In these cases, the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund.
