RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@dawomi.xyz with the subject line "RETURN."
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our eligibility conditions. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

EXCHANGES

If you’d like a different style, colour, or item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
